I’ve teamed up with two lovely videographers called MØØNSTRUCK PICTURES where I came up with 3 different outfits to wear with a bomber jacket, while they made the amazing video for me! Take a look…
I’ve been keeping up with spring trends of 2016 and saw how the bomber jacket was getting all this hype! The bomber totally fits into my style and so I thought of finding my own. I searched and searched to find one that was a bit unique, but still simple enough to wear with multiple outfits. The more functional, the better as you all may know my motto is “less is more” and I prefer a minimalistic lifestyle. So, I found one that had a cool graphic of a broken heart kissing and loved it! So happy that the girls who created MØØNSTRUCK PICTURES, Hannah & Ayley Johnson were willing to film a fun video with me of 3 different outfits with a bomber jacket. I used to dance with Hannah at a dance studio when I was younger and my sister knows them too! They were the sweetest, friendliest people when filming and totally had a beautiful vision when making it! They recently created their website http://moonstruckpictures.com/ where they are videographers for wedding, lifestyle, and commercial videos. Hannah and Ayley are very creative and artistic people and have an eye for what looks good, so check them out! You can find them in the links provided on their name or on Vimeo here.

Look 1: Sporty chic
Pair the bomber with all black everything! Or add a little pop with some colorful sneakers like I did. Don’t forget to accessorize and keep it simple with a beanie or a watch. My beanie says “Killin It” as something fun to add to the outfit:) I would typically wear this if I had just finished a work out and needed to run some errands since it’s a sporty look. Or like most of us end up doing, lounging around in sports wear.
Look 2: Buttoned up babe
denim dress l H&M (similar)
If you’re like me, you like wearing denim even when it comes to your dresses. So I paired my buttoned up denim dress with the bomber for a more girly look. For some reason I really like the long socks look with oxfords! I’m in love with metallics and went with my silver ruffed up oxfords and gray socks. I find that this outfit looks good for a fun time with friends at a farmers market, shopping, or to brunch:)
Look 3: Date night
black crossbody bag l Steve Madden from T.J. Maxx (similar)
Here’s a more dressed up look for a night out with friends or your boyfriend! Wearing black skinnies always looks classy for a casual type of date because they tend to be slimming. I thought that adding a little color with a forest green button up top pulls the look together by not being all black for a date. I prefer a smaller bag that I don’t have to carry with my hands because it can be more convenient to have and this one was perfect as it is a small crossbody bag that fits all my essentials (phone, wallet, lipstick, keys, etc.).
Here’s a few extra bomber’s I found that are similar to mine:) Click through the slideshow for even more ideas on black bombers…
Hope you guys enjoyed this post of a video for a change:) Let me know in the comments below which one of these 3 looks you liked the best? Do you like the bomber trend? Have a bomber?
