Hey guys! I wanted to show you all the Dermalogica products I’ve received kindly from Dermalogica to try. The newest one is the nightly lip treatment, where you apply it around your laugh lines and lips before bed to moisturize and help prevent lines from aging. I’d never thought of using a product around my lips to do so, so this was new to me. But, recently I’ve been learning more about skincare and am fascinated by the whole concept.

I have used the lip treatment for a few weeks now. Since I am young, I have not seen many results, but that doesn’t mean it’s working. I think it is preventing those lines that can form from dry skin, sun, and aging. I am not totally blown away by this product, but am glad to have it to apply at night! Only thing is, I thought it would work better since some mornings I wake up and my lips are dry. I live in a very dry climate, so it could be due to that. I used to apply Vaseline on my lips before bed, until I tried changing to something more natural. I now use EOS sweet mint lip balm at night. I will use up the rest of this lip treatment product, but will be switching back to the lip balm I use since it works better.

As for the other products, my favorite would have to be the daily superfoliant. I use this once or twice a week in the shower as a gentle exfoliant for my sensitive skin. I like it as it helps prevent aging from pollution in the air. The only thing I can’t seem to get used to is the smell, since it reminds me of public bathroom soap. Weird, but true. That’s ok to me since I find the daily superfoliantt is great to use for my skin type. It also lasts a long time as I noticed I still have loads of product left and have used it for more than 6 months.

The other two products are the dynamic skin recovery with SPF 50 and the stress positive eye lift . I quite like the dynamic skin recovery one as it’s a moisturizer and sunscreen in one. I think it applies nicely and isn’t greasy! I’m glad I got this one as I need to be applying sunscreen on my face and neck every single day. I wasn’t ecstatic to receive an eye products since I never really thought about using one before, but I’m glad to have one now since the skin near the eyes in the most sensitive or thin. I like how the applicator has a metal end to it so when you apply it, it’s cooling.

Overall, it’s a hit and miss with Dermalogica for me personally since I haven’t tried a whole lot of skincare products yet. I’m happy to try them out and review for you guys though! I like Dermalogica , as I find their company guidelines and such are somewhat similar to mine where they try to use good ingredients, as well as having experts in the field work for them. But, the products are a bit on the pricey side. The eye treatment is about 65 bucks alone, which I find overpriced since you can find other products on a budget friendly price that may give you same results with similar ingredients. Sometimes it is worth the splurge, but for me it is hard to decipher what is worth it or not!

Hope you enjoyed my review of the Dermalogica products that I have!
