What I’m Wearing:
Lazy weekends are the best. I don’t know about you, but I love loungewear for when it is acceptable, like a perfectly good chill weekend. Who doesn’t enjoy watching a new show on Netflix while wearing the comfiest pieces from your closet? I know I sure do! When it comes to going out to grab a quick bite to eat at a fast food joint or meet up with friends, I find that it’s totally A OK to wear sweats if you pair them with pieces that don’t make you look sloppy. Such as this outfit! I wanted a bit of a monochromatic look by wearing pieces in gray from my sweats to my jacket, then for a different color, I paired this green quilted bomber. I got the quilted bomber complimentary of Rosegal to try out and it’s quite nice. The quality is similar to Forever 21, as it is very inexpensive. So, if you’re looking to try new trendy pieces, but don’t want to spend much, Rosegal is the place.
I like how the quilted bomber compliments the laid back feel of this look. You’ve seen me in quite a few bombers as I like wearing them for a change from the usual jackets I tend to wear when it’s chilly out. Tie it around your waist to accentuate your curves and prevent sloppiness! Luckily these sweats have more structure to them as they are more fitted and cling to the ankles with zippers. The zipper detailing is cute! I also really like how the knees have a small criss cross pattern similar to moto type jeans. Adds that bit of edge that I like!
Having a pair of classic white sneakers is such a must needed staple for the casual dressed. I finally found my match from my favorite sneaker brand, D.A.T.E. An Italian based brand I found earlier from YOOX.com when I previously ordered a pair of high tops that I rave about now. The comfiest sneakers ever! I thought these particular pair of white sneaks exuded the similarities of Reebok’s with a little quirkiness to them, while remaining unique. They’ve also got a slice of silver detailing, and I’m a huge fan of silver.
Hope you liked this look!
