Dermalogica Travel Items:
Hi Guys! For some of you, school is starting soon again. Hope you all have a good school year! I thought I would introduce you guys to a few of the travel size products from Dermalogica that you can fit into your purse or backpack. The Daily Superfoliant and Precleanse could be brought to a sleepover with your girl friends, while the multi active toner could definitely be used anytime of the day at school to freshen up. It’s such a refreshing spray smelling of lemons to spritz on your face before makeup and even after as the ingredients benefit the skin.
My favorite of the three has to be the toner, since it is such a simple task to apply and feels quite cooling. I prefer using the toner in the morning after I clean my face. It preps my skin for a moisturizer or as a primer before I apply my foundation.
What’s super nice about travel size products, is you can try out a product without purchasing the full size, just in case you might not love it. I think that travel size products are also great for the obvious reason of vacationing, as well as letting you switch things up from your usual skincare routine. Nobody likes sticking to the same exact beauty routine for years, unless you’ve already found the perfect products already. Good for you, but for most of us it’s a trial and error process. Plus, it’s fun adding new products into your beauty cabinet since it makes life more interesting! You never know when you’ll find something better that might replace one of your usual products.
As for the Daily Superfoliant, I already received the full size one from Dermalogica to try out. Luckily, I really enjoy it as it’s a super gentle daily face exfoliator. The only think I don’t love about it is the smell, as it doesn’t have the best scent. I liked the Precleanse, but I wasn’t ecstatic about it. It’s a nice cleanser packed with loads of natural ingredients, but it is not meant to clean off makeup. My mascara would end up under my eyes so I’d have to remove it with my original cleanser.
In conclusion, I quite like most of the Dermalogica products I’ve been given and am quite happy for expanding my skincare routine to up my game. My skin feels more refreshed and healthy now that I have incorporated better products into my daily life.
